Grand Hyatt Atlanta In Buckhead Hotel

All the facilities are nice, fairly clean hotel, its location is awesome and brilliant in an urban area.

Too much billing for the internet, because you pay for each iphone and laptop separate bills......too much Also, no transportation to Atlanta city

We enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were great the foyer is quite nice. Loved the Japanese garden and outdoor area.

To be honest a little disappointed that the room was not as luxurious as I had expected from Hyatt. The room had a slight smell of being moldy possibly coming from the air conditioning unit. I was quite shocked that in a down economy a bottle of water is $4 - rather excessive and certainly takes the edge of the other wise welcoming atmosphere.

There was a lot of renovations going on at the hotel the noise was deafening we were not told of this work in advance it ruined our stay

I really like the location and the luxury of the hotel .

No complimentary on anything . Not even the bottled water in the room .Also, I reserved a room with a King bed and at check-in they tell me they only had a double available . That is not what I reserved and I expected to get what I reserved . I eventually did get the room I reserved . I did not feel good about that encounter at all .

Charging for internet for each Laptop, iphones, At least should be one charge for user name and password, not every aparatus No international TV chanels

I believe I was charged twice for the stay.Once from Booked.net and other form the Grand Hyatt

Wonderful and absolutely incredible hotel with superfriendly staff at check-out, everything was great. Stunning central location not far from a huge shopping mall and several stores and restaurants, public transport and fine dining restaurants. It also was in an urban area.

The pool, sitting and garden areas was nice outdoor space.

Our refrigerator was not working and we did not know and put some food in there that went bad overnight.

This hotel was gorgeous! The staff were so nice and helpful. It is in a great location and has so many shops and restaurants within walking distance or short drive. We arrived around 9:00 the first night.....checked in and then left to eat and hang out. We came back to the hotel to park at 12:02am which saved us from paying $20.00 for a day of parking-just a thought! We had such a great weekend and will stay here if we make it back to Atlanta.

Drab. Depressing interior design. Stark with wallpaper peeling off walls. Water temp screwed up! No lobby due to being under construction! Very noisy!

Great for a quick visit in Atlanta with fantastic value. The room upgrade provided a much better view and experience. Check in can be slow, so be patient.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, downtown Atlanta which made it easy to get to the shopping mall and places of interest.

There was remodling and construction going on in the lobby so it was annoying to hear all the drilling. I think the price could have been lower because of the noise level.
